To become a member of FCE community to use the pool, basketball court, tennis court, and enjoy the amenities, these following criteria needed to be meet:

• Be a resident of FCE and paid HOA due
• Be a resident of a neighborhood near or next to FCE, up to about 2 miles radius from FCE pool
• Be a bondholder who purchased bond sold by FCE in the past
• Be a parent of a swimmer who is part of FCE Flippers swim team.

All residents of FCE who paid their HOA dues are automatically have an access to the facilities of FCE including the privilege of reserving a part of pool, basketball court, and tennis for events (as long not conflict with the FCE swim team and tennis clubs who have the first right of use).

FCE residents get a resident membership as a part of their residency.
Summer membership is open to anyone who lives near or next to FCE or be pare of FCE swim team.
Bondholder gets a bond membership.

Summer Membership is $620 for one year.
Bond Membership is $520 for one year.
Resident membership is $0 as long HOA due is paid.

Resident, bond, amd summer memberships get 25 guest passes.
Other types of memberships have to buy guest pass.
Guest pass is $5 each.
