Fairfax Club Estates Homeowners in good standing must register annually on the pool application using the FCE Homeowners & Renters membership option. Homeowners not in good standing will be unable to register and should contact the FCE Board for assistance. Renters should also contact the FCE Board prior to registration so an account shell can be setup and linked to the landlord account. Please review the pool rules, policies, procedures and hold harmless agreement under the Pool>Rules and Policies tab. Completing the online registration process is acknowledgement and acceptance of the pool rules, policies, procedures and hold harmless agreements.
